Payment options

• Cash or card payment at the ticket office:
  EC card, credit card — no American Express payment possible
• Invoicing with an advance bank transfer
  only on request and for a processing fee of 3 euros
• Subsequent invoicing for customers based in Germany
  only on request and for a processing fee of 3 euros

Please note:
subsequent invoicing is excluded for customers based outside Germany!

Purchase & payment by voucher from the online ticket shop

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed date of the visit and must be made in writing. In case of a later cancellation of the contract or no-show, 100% of the agreed tour fee will be charged as a no-show fee.
