The Leipzig-based typedesign collective Camelot Typefaces explores the design of letters and their digital-dynamic possibilities in its multimedia installation in the Spatial Stage of the Bauhaus Museum Dessau.
On that afternoon, a conversation at the Bauhaus Museum will take place with Wolfgang Schwärzler, Katharina Köhler, and Maurice Göldner from Camelot Typefaces. The talk offers insights into Beta Bauhaus, the newly developed typeface for the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation, and discusses the different contexts of type design at the historic Bauhaus and in today’s digital age.
