For their first solo exhibition in Germany, the Danish artist duo Astrup & Bordorff have created a new film for. This work combines the worlds of theatre, music film and acting.
Drawing on archaeological artefacts, models and other evidence, Drainpipe Dreams speculates on the existence of a forgotten fifth Masters House and its inhabitants. The exhibition is complemented by a large-scale installation in the “Spatial Stage” at the Bauhaus Museum Dessau, which extends the film’s narrative into the exhibition space.
