Nitrate | Silver | Light

On this evening we feature a selection of experimental film art. For artists in the 1920s, the material qualities of the medium were taking centre stage – such as projected light, grainy textures, chemical development and even scratches on the filmstrip. After the screening there will be a discussion with the film-maker and curator Thomas Tode and guests.
