Open Workshop: The Gesture Speaks

The exhibition “The Gesture Speaks” provides insights into the new models of body education and dance avant-garde at the time. And it makes clear how the Bauhaus took them up programmatically as designs for a holistic art and way of life based on body, space and gesture. The exhibition will be our source of inspiration for the Open Workshop in October to find a handful of gestures and experiment with them. All participants will have a role and a very special instrument. There will also be a live musician.
