Why does a book look the way it does today – and not completely different? Has it always looked like this? How long have books been around? And how do text and images get into them? How do the Japanese bind? Who are the Copts? How many pages can I get out of one sheet of paper? With these and similar questions in our luggage, we want to go on an expedition with you.
We – on tables, on the floor, on the wall and in the open air.
Paper, pencils, folding bone, needle, awl, thread, scissors, printing ink, rollers, Lego bricks and miracles.
